1. Qualification shouldn't be an issue as sometimes illiterate people are more sincere and intelligent than those who have studied
2. A person having a criminal record should not be allowed to contest election
3. Everyone contesting elections should have achieved something in field of social service,village welfare,women empowerment etc.
4. A person having wealth beyond actual source of income should be banned in political system

some suggestions of my own:
- Education: 10+2,
- Fluency in either English or Hindi (reading + writing)
- Belief in Nonviolence or Ahimsa
I feel School graduation is needed to understand politics, and fluency is needed to communicate effectively.
We should be a nonviolent party, following Annaji and Gandhiji's example of Ahimsa.
