Dear Sunil - Earlier time and today time is different... to day most of the literate dont prefer more than 2/3 children while illiterate or particularly minority case is different where they still have 4/5 children...

that is why earlier I made proposal to link reservation policy with family planning... or those who have 2 children will have benefit of reservation quota... this will major impact on population...
