It seems Nehru & Gandhi were so cunning to frame such constitution so that it can not be modified & all Parliamentarians can transact any kind of Business dealings on the Public Money from the Air Conditioned Hall without having any responsibility.
IAC could not stop this loot as Judges are Corrupt.
