now a days I found that some of service providers are forming the association and they are deciding the rates.The rates are decided in the meeting association and members are compelled to sign an agreement on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
The consumer is lossing his right to bargain the price and also choose the service provider.The reason is that these rates are fixed by the association and these associations are initiating action against those who are even not members of association to follow the rules .
please suggest the remedy
