Please engage only eduacated youth for candidature. People with political background should not be entertained as they already have so much different perspective developed that bringing a new thought to their minds become almost impossible. I am sure that IAC has planned for it but there should be proper interviewing process which should bring out the candidate's views on basic indian problems like corruption, illiteracy, castism, regionalism, religionism. This would ensure that the people who are being taken into party are not going to become blind with the power and are able to take correct decisions.
