Entering politics opinion
The biggest quality of Anna ji and his team is their love for India and their selflessness which has started a huge mass awakening I have not seen in my lifetime. Getting into political fray will weaken that. The way they are constantly hitting the foundation of our corrupt polity, the result is congress losing by-elections, municipal polls and even states. Hissar by-election was another example though the beneficiary was another corrupt political party but the govt of the day was damaged. 2012 has a lot of state elections and this is a good opportunity to further shake the selfish and corrupt polity.
All this is a manageable space for Anna ji and his team but once they get into politics it will become unmanageable and they’ll turn into another fringe group. Don’t worry about media because people also know what ‘PAID NEWS’ stands for. Your methodology may take time but it is the right one, and is already working. It’s commendable to see huge crowds coming to jantar mantar for so many days. So, work to your strength not get influenced by media or selfish people. Salute to Anna ji and his team. Harinder
