How to kill corruption

Hello
My call name is Sham
My dream is to see India as a healthy/non-corrupt nation.

I feel Corruption cannot be dealt directly by introducing the anti-corruption policies directly in the society. This will become implementation specific problem in every administration aspect atleast in india with such a higher population rate with poverty.
I think this problem should be attacked indirectly in some aspects of administration of this country.

When i say this,
I mean, We should make a citizen of a country not get surrendered or become deliberate to involve in bribe activity.

How can i think of it?
Govt has planned for increasing the literacy rate of country with specific govt policies. I feel this is not going to work. Because any human being does not like to incline for an activity which does not come natural. Going to school does not come natural to human being.

I have done my Mtech in Engineering and working in a reputed MNC. I feel, Education is not about going to school and attaining degrees at higher level. Education is already sourced From Vedas/Quran/Bible.My definition of Education is to make person capable of learning the correct approach to deal with any point in his/her life, despite he is not capable of giving his signature . Yes, a person who specialises at professional level of education will definitely improve at this aspect as analytic skills get improved here. But it is not proper to expect the same in a country like India. The current meaning of education is to just enter in some type industry after your school/college and earn money.

Sport comes natural to any human being from ancient times.Sport is such a good/reliable medium through which we can attract poor citizens of this country to improve this aspect. This is more natural to any human being to involve in sports rather than education. Yes, Education can be taken in parallel as secondary. Govt should provide a medium to attract poor citizen in a remote village/non-metros to get into sports profession without any second thought.

We need to think of,
Why India is not good sporting nation as per the achievements historically. Why India is not yet eligible for playing FIFA WCup?(Check how portugal works on football)
Why India is not major participant in winning Olymic tiltles?(Check How China works on this)
Why India is not major participant in any international tennis events?( Check How Spain works on this)

A Journalist asks "Linus Torvald", India being such a big country, Why India does not contribute any innovation in IT sector in major.
He says, Any aspect of the activity(whether it is software/sport/..) is driven by the country's culture and the way of life lived by the people.

I not only understand this above point I also feel this point.

Govt should take some drastic decisions like providing more incentives who involve in sports. Infrastructure should be internationalised for games like Soccer/Olympic events/Tennis in all non-metros/village also. Cricket is already saturated in this country and new generation is aspiring Soccer profession seriously in metros.

If you go through this link, You will understand, How Sport is contributing to the society in Australia.

How the above discussion help in killing corruption?
Combination of below two would suffice:
1) Increasing infrastucture standards and attracting citizens for involving in sports.
2) Implementing anti-corruption policies(like lokpal) at a level higher level of ministries only where crucial decisions are taken and implemented.

I bet this will better India's economy and inturn decrease corruption.

Sham
