11yrs of hunger strike
We all talk about anna and his movement against corruption but anyone of us know that there is one more lady in the state of Manipur who is on a hunger strike for last 11yrs  . Her name is IROME SHARMILA. She is given food through a pipe that to through her nose. She is fighting for a noble cause, to remove the army from the state because of which people's independence is snatched out. She is in the Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Imphal.She is taken to the court after every 15 days under the case of attempting suicide. Sharmila has attended the court more than 200 times in these 11yrs.She has written three letters to the Prime-minister but no response. I know that this site is against corruption but we should know about the such heroes who believe in path of anna. SHE NEEDS RIGHT JUSTICE AND IF WE TRY IT CAN BE!!
