Most of the MPs behave like dictators. They don't even know under which situations their right of privilege comes into motion. Whosoever challenges their supremacy is subjected to this right of privileges. We all have seen Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav addressing the Lok Sabha. He openly resented the provision of Jan Lokpal Bill where all present ans well as past MPs will come under the control of Lokpal. He was feared of his deeds in the past. And he was well aware that in the coming days he is definitely be subjected and interrogated by the Lokpal. When a public man like Ompuri expressed his views arising out of grievances in his mind, the members of parliament made it a question of their prestige and demanded execution under right of privilege. They are actually unaware of the public resentment which they may face during next elections.
