It means do you all agree that only strong laws can eradicate corruption, does that mean we dont have strong laws for dowry harrassment, murders, kidnapp, environmental issues and so on? What is the guarantee that member of Janlokpal institute will not get corrupted ?

The solution for any problem is not only strict laws but the attitude or character of the people. Determination of people and strict laws has to go hand in hand both are equally responsible for the uplifment of any society.
Example: People of Singapore are disciplined and their laws both made the singapore so clean and green.
