People will be directly represented by the CLOUD. We will continue to elect our leaders. All 543 of them. But we will not have Rajya Sabha.
All 543 of the elected representatives will not retire at one time. Like Members of Rajya Sabha, presently, the process will be staggered, and ongoing. Checks and balances will be introduced to avoid unjust rule of the majority or the mob.
