Good bye demo-cracy welcome My-cracy

....democracy in rome
....democracy fails in rome, rule begins by triamvarate
....rule by three fails, emperor rule begins
....emperor contantine adopts christinity
....kings rule in Europe
....church gets strong, too much meddling
....renessa..
....theocracy.. galilio punished by the church
....church gets weaker
....new world get explored
....guns invented by europeans, now power in pocket, not in muscles
....capture and loot the world
....slave trade
....experiment with Democracy once again after 1800 years in America
....because millions of populous, can not sit together, at one place, at one time, to exchange ideas and take a decision, at that very place, therefore, representative system of governance in America in 1789

....now in 2011 A.D., Do we need to sit at one place to:

1. exchange ideas
2. vote and
3. make a decision?

....Do we need a dome called Lok Sabha?

Demo-cracy was re-discovered by Americans 220 years back, when, the fastest mode of transportation was a horse drawn carriage.
Was there even a telephone then? ....No.
Was there a daily newspaper then? ....No.

America adopted democracy and made a dome called senate, in those times, within infrastucture, communication systems etc., available, during those times.

Other countries adopted the system because it was better than the other worse systems.

Democracy, or representative form of government, is no more needed.

Demo-cracy: of the people, for the people, by the people

My-cracy: mine, for me, by me

The way Ahead:

Pillers of Democracy:

1. The President
2. The Prime minister
3. The Lok Sabha
4. The Rajya Sabha
5. The Judiciary
6. The Executive
7. The Media

We do away with The Rajya sabha.
The Lok sabha does functions of The Rajya sabha.
Cloud takes over functions of The Lok Sabha.
Rest of the Pillars of Democracy, keep on doing their Job, as they do now, but with a little more transparency using information technology.

Ask Nandan Nilekani to, help us Indians, develop a system, such that, "THE CLOUD" takes over the functions of The Lok Sabha.
As a result:

1. All Citizens are Legislators.
2. Issues are put in THE CLOUD.
3. Issues are debated in THE CLOUD.
4. Issues are voted upon in THE CLOUD.
5. The Executive, with the help of experts, will design a policy. It will be discussed, modified and the final draft voted upon, in THE CLOUD.
6. After it is passed by THE CLOUD, it goes to The Lok Sabha.
7. After it is passed by The Lok Sabha, it goes to The President.
8. It becomes a bill only after it is signed by The Supreme Authority, The President of India.

9. Language of English survives, because it keeps on adding new words every year. It keeps re-inventing itself.
10. Rigid Sanskrit became extinct.
11. In India, Gan-rajya failed in Vaishali, 2300 hundred years back.
12. In Europe, Democracy failed in Rome, 2000 years back.
13. Facebook has brought revolutions in Arab. But, they are yet to have stable governments.
14. Democracy fails in The Third world. Look at failures in Africa, in Latin America and in The Indian Sub-continent. Look at the fragility of imposed democracy in Iraq and in Afganistan.
15. If democracy doesn't evolve itself, Autocrats will rule the world, once again, in Circa 2500 A.D.

Therefore, open ur minds for E-Democracy.
This will be real SWARAJ as envisaged by our forefathers.
