"VERY EASY METHOD TO CONTROL POLITICIANS"
Here is a new law to control the elected members and to stop Self-conceit of politicians
1. Before conducting Lok sabha and Assembly election all elected members(Sitting MLAs and MPs) are to face one more election to establish their credibility. (Voting should be in his own constituency)
2. In that election only one candidate is there, one question will ask “ whether Mr. ............ is eligible to contest for next election”. Ballot paper has only two options “ YES” or “ NO”
3. If he gets more that 30% of total vote caste, then he will allowed to submit nomination for next election(Voting percentage should be 50%)
4. If he gets 20 to 30% of total vote cast then he should be barred for next 5 years to participate any election conducted for any post in Government but he can hold any party post as his party’s wish.
5. If he gets 10 to 20% of total vote cast then he should be barred for next 10 years to participate any election conducted for any post in Government and barred to hold any party post for 10 years.
6. If he gets 0 to 10% of total vote cast then he should be debarred from his political life and he should be removed from his party.
