2)Ensure if above 4 Storied Lift is working properly and there is Sound Proof Generator in case of Emergency…if not under law implement it.


3)Ensure there is Proper Playground and Movement of Evening in Clear Garden environment in Locality via Municipality or Promoter and not Like a Matchbox after paying the retirement whole Sum...a Child Right to Play in their Childhood...The Play Ground….in Locality from these concrete Jungle.

4)Ensure the Flat has Proper Planning of Safety with at least 2 Balcony , Hand pump and Municipality Water Connection to each flat along with common Boring etc in case of Water Crisis or Emergency as Like if Maintenance's is Not Paid in case of Common Light Cut and Boring Water unavailability etc Municipality Water Connection would play at great Relief that too for 5th floor Residing etc rather than carry water in Buckets from Road to >>>???

5)Why a Person then buy a flat and ………Fix the flat rates……reduce the Dalali…….as these leads to Corruption….as everyone in order to buy at least a Shelter does……result………………..

6)Remember Flat culture is the main cause of Joint Family Breaking...safeguard Indian culture…..Stop the Black money…….How a Promoter and Land Owner turns overnight Millioners……..Bring to realistic the transaction transparencies show that government revenue to be not Hampered as Yes Flat brings great Revenue but too makes much on Spending for infrastructure maintenance's and in these Middleman.???

7)Stop Middleman ship Outside Stations as Like Rabindra Sadan , Beltola Driving License Office , Sonarpur Mukundapur Registration Office and Help the Old Person from the office to these man Grasp…if not Pay Bride days..Years Spends…photocopies etc…..the harassment…but File>>>???
