Lokpal panel members should come with open mind: Govt

Govt. is asking panel members to have and "open mind" and "not draw lines from which they are unwilling to retreat". Looks like govt. basically wants to give lip-service to Lokpal bill. By asking to have an "open mind" and "not draw lines..." govt. is only saying that members should not stick to their own points ("not draw lines...") and be ready to accept what govt. puts forward ("open mind", that is). Looks like the govt is not prepared to put down any tough measures and is pre-empting any attempt by the lokpal members to do so.
