Your suggestion is quite welcome but the question is will this be acceptable to government and if at this is a part of demand of Anna Hazare ji and team?

As per demand, equal number of people should be from society and government. From government side, it is for government to decide and defnitely they would not like to put the name of Dr. Abul Kalam.
