I want to register my flat in society so i launched a complaint in thane court(deputy registar) for membership in society.After hearing and struggling for 10 years I won the case and got aadesh(31.10.2007) and nirdesh order(11.12.2007) from registar Action 79(1) and society refused the order.
Then again deputy registar issued a order 79(2) <28/3.2008> again society..
Records were collected from police 80(1).
In the end many order were passed but we are still not given justice and I am still struggling and very frustrated and harrased.Registar is not looking at my case....
Kindly help me and look in this matter as fast as possible
