• Engineer or MBA (from premier institutes only).
• Experience of having dealt with analytical processes/ consulting engagements in the past.
• Post qualification, relevant work experience of 1 - 4 years
• Elementary understanding of Statistical Concepts, Tools (SAS, JMP etc)
• Project Management skills- Driving significant process improvement
• Drive for results and focus on delivery of targets / SLA adherence
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work across multiple priorities simultaneously
• Communications & Presentation Skills
